Not new.
As good as new.

We give carefully inspected and restored devices a second life. Every product goes through extensive testing, so you get exactly what you expect: performance that feels brand new, at a fair price.
Not everything has to be new
to be good.
Why make new what's still good?
Most of the value is already there.
A laptop is made up of materials, components and technology that already required energy and raw materials. If that laptop is still technically excellent, that whole process doesn't need to start over as far as we're concerned. We check what's good, repair what's needed, and use the quality that's already there.
New production has more impact than just the price.
Using it longer means producing less new.
New devices require raw materials, production and transport all over again. By keeping existing equipment in good use for longer, something new is needed less quickly to replace it. No complicated story. Just getting more out of what already exists.
Good materials don't belong in the waste.
So we keep them in use for as long as possible.
Metals, plastics, chips, screens and other components still hold value once a first user is done with a laptop. As long as a device can be used reliably, we simply think it's a waste to throw it away.
Sustainable only makes sense if it's also reliable.
That's why everything starts with quality.
Every laptop is checked at more than 50 points, professionally cleaned and repaired where needed. We replace the thermal paste and supply laptops with at least 85 percent battery capacity. You get a 2 year warranty with that. Because using something longer only makes sense if you can rely on it.
Business purchasing should
above all be simple.
Tell us what your people need.
We work out what fits.
Not every employee needs the same laptop. Tell us what someone does with it, which programs are used and what matters. We then help you with a fitting combination of laptop, accessories and any expansion.
Need more? Then the price should move too.
Volume should simply pay off.
If you need multiple devices, we look at the total. Larger quantities give us room to price more sharply. You get a clear price upfront, so you know where you stand.
No tickets. Just someone who answers.
Problems get easier when someone picks them up.
You don't want to tell the same story three times before someone can help you. That's why we keep communication direct. You speak to someone who understands what's going on and can look at a solution with you.
Buy for today. Choose with tomorrow in mind.
A workplace needs to be able to grow.
What's enough today can fall short within a year. That's why we look not only at what works now, but also at memory, storage, connections and performance that could matter later.
Less waste without making work more complicated.
More sustainable doesn't have to be a compromise.
Reusing a device is only worthwhile if employees can simply work with it comfortably. That's why we don't choose refurbished at the expense of usability. The device has to be good first. That it's used for longer as a result is the benefit.
A low price says little if you have to buy again soon.
We'd rather look at what stays usable for longer.
That's why we select business equipment built for intensive use. Not just because it works well today, but because quality becomes truly valuable when you can rely on it for longer.
You can know many brands.
Or truly understand one.
We work with Lenovo every day.
That lets us see more than just specs.
A spec sheet tells you how much memory or storage a laptop has. Experience tells you how a model is built, what to watch out for, and which configuration fits a particular kind of use better. You only learn that difference by working with it a great deal.
A ThinkPad isn't just a ThinkPad.
Model and generation really do make a difference.
From the T series and X series to the X1 Carbon. Different models are made for different users. We know the generations, configurations and differences between them, which lets us determine far more precisely what fits someone.
Checks by people who know Lenovo.
Experience helps you see what's off.
Our technicians have experience with Lenovo hardware and know what to look for during a check. Not just whether a laptop turns on, but whether the components, performance, cooling, battery and features behave the way they should.
Specialization makes honest advice easier.
Not every Lenovo fits everyone.
A pricier model isn't automatically the better choice for you. Because we know the models well, we can also say when a simpler configuration is enough. In the end, the right laptop serves you better than the most expensive one.
Trust begins before
the box is sealed.
Every laptop goes through our complete process.
So quality isn't left to chance.
From the moment a laptop comes in to the moment it's shipped, we track what happens to it. We check, clean, test and repair where needed. That way we know exactly why a device is ready for its next user.
First understand what's going on.
Only then repair.
Solving a problem without looking at the cause makes little sense. That's why we check things like hardware, performance, battery and function before deciding what a device needs.
Details aren't small when you work with them every day.
So we look beyond whether it just turns on.
A laptop can function technically and still not be good enough. That's why our technicians also look at cooling, ports, keys, screen, battery, housing and other parts that determine how pleasant and reliable a device can ultimately be to use.
Not good enough means not shipped.
The final check is the last threshold.
Before a laptop is packed, we check it once more. Only when the device meets what we expect of it is it allowed to go to a customer. That may sound obvious. We think it should be.
You don't just have to
take our word for it.
What we promise, you should be able to verify.
Clarity starts before you order.
Specs, condition, battery and warranty shouldn't be a surprise after you've paid. We try to make as clear as possible upfront what you're buying and what you can expect from it.
Warranty should provide certainty. Not more questions.
That's why you get a 2 year warranty.
Buying refurbished requires trust. Warranty is part of that. If something does go wrong despite our checks, we look together for a fitting solution. No more complicated than it needs to be.
Not sure about something? Just ask.
An honest answer matters more than a quick sale.
Want to know something about the battery, condition, performance or a particular configuration? Ask before you order. If a laptop isn't suited to what you want to do with it, we'd rather say so upfront.
No surprises at checkout.
You should know upfront what you're paying for.
The price must be clear before you decide to order. No unexpected amounts that only appear at the end. You see what you're buying, which condition you choose and what it costs.
Not new.
Just carefully chosen.
A refurbished laptop has been used, we don't hide that. We select, check and repair carefully, and tell you exactly what you're buying. Not because refurbished needs the same story as new, but because a good laptop doesn't need a new label.
